Double oven latch

The latch on my Whirlpool double oven needed to be replaced. Both ovens worked fine, but I could not close the bottom oven without it getting stuck. I called Whirlpool who  sent out someone to fix it. He did not have the part. Paid him for the trip. He came back. Replaced  the latch and broke the two ovens so they no longer work. Paid him close to $300 for that trip. I complained to Whirlpool who said your oven is out of warranty. I will not buy Whirlpool again. Terrible customer service.
