According to their notification, my vehicle's warranty is about to expire.

As my only vehicle is a 1972 Sears 3-Speed, I find this scenario unlikely.

This is probably the 3rd card that I have received by these jokers and I genuinely hope that other people don't fall for this scam.

Contact the Missouri AG. There is a report the AG just sued them.

I've gotten calls from these people. My warranty has clearly been up on my vehicle as well!

My 92 y/o mother got this 'Notice: Vehicle Warranty Expiration' card and thought she had won a car. Of course, this is just another scam like so many being perpetrated on the elderly and others.

    I get these calls everyday.
    How can they be stopped

That's not true. DWS did not make outgoing phone calls unless a customer called in expressing interest from the post card they received. Unfortunately a post card would arrive around the same time a customer would receive a phone call, so therefore guilt by association is the case.

No it's not a scam. Just like receiving solicitation's from magazines your on a mailing list. As with any type of mailing list information is not always accurate. If your'e not interested in a service contract, don't own a vehicle etc., just throw away the post card like you do the magazine or call and have them remove you from their mailing list. Do you call every fast food mailer to complain about receiving it?

    TWO SIDES TO A STORY
IS IT POSSIBLE THAT YOU OWNED A VEHICLE AT ONE POINT IN YOUR LIFE? OR SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD, DID YOUR NAME GET PLACE ON A CO-BORROWER AGREEMENT IN THE PAST.INFORMATION FOR ANY BUSINESS IS SUPPLIED THROUGH DIFFERENT CHANNELS AND THE SOURCES ARE NOT ALWAYS ACCURATE. UNFORTUNATELY EVERYONE AT ONE POINT OR ANOTHER HAVE RECEIVED SOLICITATION'S WITH SAID INFORMATION ON THEM. DO YOU FILE A COMPLAINT? VERIFIY YOUR INFORMATION WITH THE AG'S OFFICE TO SEE ALLEGED VS FACTS. IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN ISN'T THERE CURRENTLY AN INVESTIGATION GOING ON WITH JAY NIXON.DOES THIS MEAN JAY NIXON IS UNSCRUPULOUS?

TAKE DOWN THE NAME OF THE PERSON CALLING AND PHONE NUMBER. SUPPLY THIS TO THE AG'S OFFICE. THEY IN TURN CAN ACQUIRE PHONE RECORDS TO TRACK DOWN THE COMPANY THAT IS VIOLATING THE "DO NOT CALL LIST". THIS MAY HELP YOU.

[***]!  They're a rat's nest of crooked scum.   They can CLAIM anything they want.   I gave the C---s a taste of their own medicine and called them at various hours for a while.   They said "look us up on the Better Business Bureau."   I was a step ahead of them, and said "I did.   There's nothing but complaints."  The BBB remains neutral, but the unspoken message is "Nothing good can come from this".

So, why don't you take the scammer's johnson out of your mouth, and see them for what they truly are.

Looks like you're one of their goons, hiding and trying to save the "reputation" of those crooked scum.   That's like putting a different outfit on an old hooker and claiming her a "virgin".

You stupid [***], the claim that the "company" (read that as "Crooked Scum") makes is that they received your information from your dealership.  With the number of reports from people do not own a vehicle, have never owned a vehicle, have vehicles with long-expired (or non-existant) warranties, or new vehicles with brand new warranties -from the dealer, not some trouser stain  with a Magic 8 Ball and a six-pack of PBR - it's a wonder that it's taking THIS long to put them in jail or the unemployment line.  Their advertising person must take the bus to work... a very short yellow one...  and he must be an inbred relative of the Scammer-in-chief of these wastes of skin.  How else do you explain the poor target marketing.

WAIT we forgot... they got this information from "your dealer"!  Holy [***]!    They MUST be legitimate!  This must be correct!  [***] I'd like to see them all locked in a bus and dropped in the river.

DWS is not calling me but  as the post cards they send are an absolute fraud I call them and confront these people concerning the illegal practices.  I first begin with "what car are you talking about" and when they of course can not give me that info I then let the sales person know he/she is working for a fraudulent organization.... thinking maybe he/she is innocent of the knowledge.  As the last person I talked to acted like a complete thug and said he would report me for harassment, maybe the innocent do not work here.

Anyway, I am looking for all avenues to report these people  as I am sick to death of all the scam artists ripping off the unknowing public.  Looking for all places and web sites to do this.

I have not owned a car with a warranty, married to a spouse that does and my grown children have not.
