I cancelled this services two months ago, not even knowing when I signed up for it.  Have not received any of the promised savings and I'm still being charged.

They are a "discount membership" negative-option charge cramming scam.  If you never agreed to the charges, all of them are fraudulent.

Immediately contact your bank to report and dispute fraudulent charges, so that you can establish that you have disputed within the FRB Reg. E dispute window, which runs 60 days from the statement date of the statement showing a charge.  Your bank can reverse disputed charges, but only if you dispute them promptly.

As you found out, just because they promised to "cancel" doesn't mean they stopped charging you.  You must also close your account due to fraud, or you will get socked with additional fraudulent charges until they no longer have a valid account number.

Follow up with a WRITTEN fraud dispute, mailed certified, sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement, to document your dispute.  File a police complaint for the theft, and send your bank a notarized fraud affidavit and a copy of the police report.

Contact your state Attorney General for assistance.

Are these charges connected to a telemarketing call, a "discount offer" on calling some order number, an online purchase, or don't know?

What online merchants did you provide account information to before these charges showed up?  Do you believe they transferred your account information to this company without your authorization?

Were you presented with some pop-up "discount offer"?

Did charges occur despite rejecting (unchecking) some "discount offer"?
