Fraudulent Charges

I would recommend avoiding this product due to the enormous hassle involved in trying to cancel the membership. I purchased an introductory order of the Jane Seymour skin treatment last October but cancelled the recurring orders in the first 30 days. Since then I have received 2 more shipments (from $60-70 each) which had to be returned at my expense where I had to wait 30 days to receive my refund. Each return involved numerous phone calls to the Guthy Renker line (which was usually busy) where I was told there was "no comment on file" to indicate I had cancelled. Liars! They will do anything to get your money. I can't say if the product is any good but even it it was, it's a very negative way to market something by aggravating the customer in the extreme.
