I have converted my prepaid sim card to postpaid & it was all working fine but after two weeks my outgoing call was barred.I complained it to customer care they told to sumbit the documents again. I re-submitted my whole documents again on 24/11/2009 & they told that it will be activated but till time it has not been registered.

    my SA  sim card failed to register, l am currently in swaziland. it had been roaming before. How do l reactivate while in swaziland. Mtn swaziland could not  help.

    My name is T.Sasi Vardhan in 2007 my cousin brother T.Rajanikanth took Airtel postpaid connection in 241 plan now I am using the SIM and I am paying the bills regularly,now I have to pay an amount of 2226/- but today (04/07/2013) I am getting SIM card registration failure plz look into the matter asap
