ok so I have three phone lines with Sprint one which I pay just because I didn't want to pay to get out of the contract with them. So anyways our bill was 70.00 more than what we normally pay so when we called we found out there was an error on our bill which they did correct immediately actually. The problem came when they said we was past our limit which they now voided due to the overcharge on the account. it is Monday and we aasked if we can p[ay in full on Friday as we always do and they said no full payment now. The first representitive eventually spoke as if we were dead beats trying to get out of paying this bill HELLO we've been customers for 8 years and never had our lines cut off for non payment. He also slipped and said basically sprint voided the ability of us being able to make a payment arrangement due to us being late one day less than 24 hrs mind you on top of us no longer having a spending limit. So my husband asked to speak to another representative and she also slipped and let us know our resolution was on the disrection of the associate. it was like the company had no care about their customers. I've been trying to get out of sprint's contract for years because of their poor customer service I had the instinct and went through 4 phones and then begged for a downgrade just to have a working phone and was refused because all they wanted to do is get me locked into an upgrade for another year or two

2) File a complaint with the AG's office in your state and Sprint's corporate office state
3) Forward your complaint with the AG's office to other AG's offices and tell them this if for information purposes only, just to show Sprint's interstate fraudulent activity
4) Contact the SEC and see what can be done about Sprint's activities.
