Charge for no product

I have had a horrible experience with Proactive. They tell me product has shipped, but it hasn't. Then they tell me they are going to send out a travel size shipment overnight, they don't. Next I finally receive my package and it has the wrong product. It has been a week since I received the incorrect delivery and still no product. I contact them for a fifth time and now its on back order (even though 7days ago, they were sending it rush delivery). It has been a month since I was suppose to receive my creams and still nothing. However, they pulled the money out of my account! So now they have charged me for merchandise I do not have. When I spoke with them they offered me a 20% credit...WHAT?! How about ALL my money? Since I have basically paid for nothing...because that is what I have. I agree, scam artists.
