Disreespectful language and lied to the customer

I had spoken to the collection agency representative (Rajendra Singh) on 16/06/2011. This was regarding a settlement amount which was over due with Citibank- Citifinance. According to the Collection agency the outstanding amount is Rs.1000.
According to the our record it is Rs. 500 balance. Also the collection agent representative said we have to pay a fine of Rs.1000 aspenalty. We had explained that we will get it confirmed with the citifinance team and if we are convinced that we have to pay for the penalty we will surely pay off.
today, 17/06/2011, teh manager of the collection aganecy lied said that he spoke to us and we had asked him to collect teh money. This is not true.
Also, when we spoke to him he used disrespectful words in Hindi.This has caused harrasment as i had to leave my work and attend to his call and try and resolve the issue
