I've been called three times by this organization asking me to complete a survey. The originating phone number is 646-467-6665. On all three of these calls I have asked to be removed from their call list and to not call me. During the latest call, the man indicated that they would continue to call until I completed their survey.

    That says they are connected to some fraudulent telemarketing scam.

    "Survey" companies don't have to scrub their lists against the Do Not Call lists, but they do have to include you on their internal Do Not Call list when you request it.

    Fraudulent telemarketers hide behind the "survey" exception to the Do Not Call law, by pretending to be doing a "survey", after which they call you from their "selling" side of the scam, pretending you "requested" the sales call in the survey.

    Deception implies fraud.  Whenever you find it, including with Do Not Call violations, you can assume they are engaged in a fraudulent scheme.

    File Do Not Call complaints with FTC.  Report that they have repeatedly ignored your request to cease calling.
