Debt Collector

Absolutely AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!! My son received a phone call from them, and this company told him, I was going to be sued. It scared him to death. He called me worried. I then called the company and sure enough, I felt intimidated. They told me, “if I do not pay them today, I would be served tomorrow". I explained to them, I have no problem paying my debt however, due to the COVID Pandemic I cannot pay them until the following month. He then asked me how often I was paid, and I refused to give him any personal information. He then yelled at me warning me that I'll find out what happens tomorrow when I am served. Then, he then hung up on me.
The following morning (this morning), I received a missed call at 6 am from this company stating I needed to clear this up before I am served today. I received several of these voicemails today. I then called on my lunch to ask for their address and actual phone number. I asked for their company name, and they stated, “United Inc.”. They refused to elaborate on their company name. So, I Googled the phone numbers they called me from and there wasn’t a name that would come with it.  I called again, and every time I asked, they refused to give it to me. I then notified them, that I want to mail them a letter AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. Nicholas said I will get it when I get served.

I feel intimidated, bullied, anxious and scared. During this time with so much turmoil going on in this country, these people are the worst. Deplorable business practices.
