Harassing phone calls

I live in Austin, Texas and have a Sacramento phone number.  I have never signed up for nor have showed any interest in Direct Buy or home remodeling because I rent.  In the last 3 days I have continuously received phone calls after 10:30 pm by Direct Buy trying to schedule me for an appointment to view their showroom or something.  I cannot find a phone number to call them and complain and this is really becoming annoying since I work at 6am every morning.  The telephone solicitor continuously argues with me that im really in Texas because I have a Sacramento cell phone number and refuses to remove me from their phone list or give me any information about a manager or contact number.

Please Help!
