Unauthorized charge

I do not buy any thing with Google play, I only go through Amazon. Please refund charge of $7.99 purchase on 5/17/17 to Google play store co. This is an authorized charge I have not given Google permission to do any deduction that's why I don't even like for Google to save any of my password. I want immediate attention to this charge and refund.
