This company calls 3-4 times every day.  They claim they can reduce my interest rates on all my cards to zero.  When I tried to talk to a representative to get actual name of company and where are they located.  The phone number this time was 937-526-1609, the company name is Card Member Services and they are located in Atlanta, Georgia.  I would like to make these calls stop.

    I get calls for Health Insurance, Student Loans, Tech Support, and Investment Opportunties.  All are from numbers owned by Broadwing Communications.  I have decided to start calling the registered agent for them in my state for each and every call.  The registered agent in Missouri for Broadwing Communications is CT Corporation System in Clayton, MO.  https://bsd.sos.mo.gov/Common/CorrespondenceI ... 83483&version=1 The agents name is Kristen Bolden and the number is 314-863-5545.  I would encourage you to contact them and complain.
