fraudulent charges

I have canceled my membership yet I am still being charged for 3 months on my credit card. Really? I have the email that contains I canceled my membership within 3 days. I should have been charged $1. Instead, I am being charged $16.99. How the hell is this possible? I called my bank and they said "they will deal with it." I am not alone, maybe we should sue them for being crooks.
