    It's an order cramming scam..
    They apparently view their customers as a bunch of timid ladies who will pay for whatever they send them, ordered or not.
    It is a violation of postal regulations to send bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail.  It's a form of mail fraud.  If you didn't agree to order it, and they send you a bill, file fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
