Job intimidation by supervisor April Fields in Shreveport, La

There is currently a supervisor, April Fields   on the Sprint account  in Shreveport  who is intimidating reps by threatening  to fire them or change their shift if they don't  make false reports on other supervisors and agents. She is also putting time in the system falsely for agents who are not either at work or running errands on company time. We as agents have tried reporting her but have been unsuccessful being that she sits in on HR  meetings with complaining agents.
