Whirlpool Washing Machine, Model:F65, was purchased on 24th May 2005 from an authorised dealer.
Extra amount of Rs.867 was paid for free service and maintenance under Home Care Plan. It is valid till 24th May 2010.
On 2nd August 2007 the machine stopped working. Though the machine was attended by the company service engineer twice, the machine is not working till date.
There is no proper response from the service center Ph. No.65360000, 28603412, 13, 14, 15, 16.
I have sent letters/complaint to Whirlpool Home Care Consumer Cell, Faridabad and Whirlpool Corporate office, Delhi.
I have sent E mail to their office twice.
Nothing has been done so far. Can anyone advice me as to, how to proceed further. I have all the records with me.

It was Mumbai - kaulampur - Vietnam. Hence there was connecting flight from kaulampur - Vietnam. When I reached Vietnam I did not receive my baggage.
Hence I had actually had to purchase clothes & personal belonging. I received the baggage almost 36hrs late. I was told that I would be paid compensation. I haven’t received anything till date. I have written about this to airlines, i even personally visited their Pune office. The only answer I get every time that we will get back to you. Please give me assistance on the same.

My name is ashish . i have invested in Kuber mutual fund , Kuber planter ,Kuber Buildwell and Kuber Builder.
Right now Kuber mutual fund is going to liquidate as order by high court.
but i have invested in 3 others Kuber planter ,Kuber Buildwell and Kuber Builder .when i ask to liquidate officer about these companies they said these are still in active mode .their address are given on certificate is -
E-20,Greater kailash -1,New delhi-48.
but when i goes to this address it's already seiged by govt.
One broker come to me he said that he will give me the redemption but i can get only 20% of my pricipal amount.He has done some redemption of few investor giving them 20% of pricipal amount deducting some other charges also.
Then i realized that these company are still in operation but they are hidden or changes their name and address.
For your knowledge kuber mutual fund suspended in 1998 and their CEO was arrested at the same time.
Please help me because i was invested a lot of my money into these company.

I had ordered for 16 CDs (Cost Rs 1999/) from India Today book club in the month of Sep, 2008.
They deduct the amount from my credit card. But I didn't received the item.
When I called their customer care, they told me item is send by Post and it's not delivered. Once the item is returned to them, they will take action.
Already, more than 5 months is over. When I will received the item.
Call Center guys told me to send mail at response@indiatodaybookclub.com to cancel the order.
I send the request mail on 14th Dec, 2008 and exchanged almost 20 mails regarding this.
Still the issue is not re-solved. Every time, you call, they will tell you some story.
1. Guys will ask for CC details and CC statement so that they can returned the amont at CC account. I send the same. But they didn't do that.
2. After few days, if I asked for status, they are telling, we didn't received the item back. So...
Same loop continued for couple of times.
Again as per Call center (Pooja), It's my duty to the send item.
Already 5 months is over and I didn't received the item till today within India. Probadly, they booked the same for Chandrayan.
Whenever, they asked for Credit card statement and CC no. I gave them all, still I didn't received the amount/item.
This organization had very very bad customer support. They are playing with Customer's money.
Please suggest me how I can get the refund.
