Failure to provide local HD service as advertised

DishNetwork advertises and promises local HD service, but can't seem to provide or give truthful answers about the process.  The entire company seems to have a lack of good communication, makes claims and promises it cannot deliver.  In Central PA the story changes with each new phone call, nobody seems to have a clue what is happening, I think most local service sellers and users are switching to DirectTV, where services have been up with local HD channels for more than a year.  Be careful choosing Dish Network for rural service, they don't seem interested in supporting the customer, promise you everything and deliver nothing.
