At the time of booking the order you have offered free round trip tickets and free stay. While downloading the voucher I have got only Holiday Voucher. I filled and submitted the same alongwith the required documents and the DD. After making number of calls, now the premier sales people are telling you will get only free holiday package. When I called India Today Book Club ,they have given this mail ID to complaint. what is this nonsence? why you are making systems so prablmatic and it is nothing but cheating the customers. Your people are resposible and not cooperating in assisting the customers. while taking orders they answers all the questions. Please help me out in how to get my free round trip air tickets at the earliest.
