I wanted to tell you that we just put the theater seats in this past weekend and I must say I have a problem…these seats are so comfortable, I can not stay awake long enough to finish a movie. I am kidding about the problem of course. But they are amazingly comfortable and very quiet. In fact, they are the most comfortable theater seats we have sat in. And we have tried several in many showrooms. My wife is very happy with them, and my kids love them. My daughter goes down there to sit in them to just read her Twilight book with the TV off.
Thank you very much for everything. Please extend my congratulations and our gratitude to your designers, upholsterers, all other manufacturers as even your packaging team (which did an outstanding job as well).
We will be hosting a group of friends and neighbors after the holidays and I plan on leaving the England logo on the foot of the recliner so they can see the manufacturer. You will need to let me know who carries your products in Charlotte.
Please let me know if there is anything I personally can do for you and if there is anything we can do to spread the word about your products’ comfort, quality and value within our social circle. Dwayne Welch and I have discussed the video production of our pouring and testing labs for you. We will keep you informed on our progress.
