    Reported to be some telemarketer signing people up for free trade magazines.

    Either DNC them, or find a report of one of the magazines they pitch, and complain through there.  Complaint to telco might work also, as they appear relatively legit (for a telemarketer).

    I am tired of this repated daily calls at work from this telemarketer pitching trade magazines or something. How do I get them to stop?

    snfc cntrl ca keeps calling my house saying they have started a lawsuit against me and they want my attrnys no but they will not tell me what it is about they give me a no and a name to call but they will not tell me anything and hang up on me and they will not quit calling and they are very threatening ??????????

    SNFC  did exactly the same thing to me that they did to jnpm. Its even worse.  I started a new job today and they called and left a message that I had legal trouble and needed to contact my attorney immediately.  Hugely embarrassing on a brand new job.  These people are criminals!

      This action by any company,especially a collection agency is against the law and should be reported to your states attorney generals office. If you choose to peruse this you could have their license revoked at best and at the very least have a fine levied against them. If you lose a job over this you could take them to court and they may be forced to pay you damages. Many lawyers would take such a case pro-bono.

    Idiot keeps calling abopu6t wanting to renew my auto classified ad. I posted a motorcycle for sale in a free publication 3 months ago and these ass-clowns got a hold of my contact info there as a "warm lead" for their for fee, classified! I do NOT have any interest in advertising in your stupid publication and vehicle was already sold. Leave me the F#CK alone!!!

    I'm getting this caller id associated with 415-967-4228.  Last night I googled the number and I was directed to CoppensCorporation.com.  I've been corresponding off and on for a few months with a "Scott Coppens" from Match.com and never realized the calls were coming from him.  I then got suspicious when the website was actually only a blog and there was no link to contact.  I googled this Scott Coppens and got quite a load of information on DelphiFAQ about him being a "dating scam artist" who has taken a lot of women for their money.  He goes by many other names and many other bogus corporations whose websites are also only blogs and mirror Coppens Corporation. Glad I never actually connected with the guy.  I let him know I was on to him so I assume (based on what I've read about him) that he'll go away.

    They're B-a-a-a-ak!
    After finally getting rid of them nearly a year & a half ago, they have begun the cycle all over again.
    This time they simply used 14157621722 as the caller ID.
    Apparently once a scumbag, always a scumbag.
    I will report them to the FTC one more time. Maybe if enough people report them, something can be done.

    Do not answer the phone!!  Assuming you have a display, mute your ringer and go on about your business.  they may call a dozen times more, but they will stop.   And besides, what do you care - the phone is muted and you aren't dealing with the losers.....
