Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.

Do NOT trust any cancellation promises, as such scams will say anything to delay you past the 60 day FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute periods during which your bank can just yank back their stolen money.  Dispute with your bank, and follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.

I kept trying to log on but each attempt was met with failure. After reading the complaints I see that I had better get in touch with my bank, pronto.  It's a horrible feeling especially since I thought that I was steet-wise and sharp.

Yes I was also scammed, however the good thing about it is that I used a prepaid visa and didnt have much on it.  I only paid the stupid 2 dollars and something to get a password and ussername.  Guess when the scammers went back to try to get more from the card they were in for a rude awakening.  Does anyone know of a legitimated grant website or info on where to go in your state to fill out for grants?

If someone registers and gave their credit card number, they should call the toll free number right away and cancell it right away because they will charged you the 57.61 the next day.  Their explanation is that the
$ 1.95 initial charged (which for some become $ 2.95) is ONLY  A TRIAL IN ORDER FOR YOU TO ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE BUT AS SOON AS YOU LOG IN, YOU WILL FIND OUT THAT YOU CAN NOT LOG IN AT ALL.
