REMINDER OF COMPLIAN REGARDING BOOSTER PLAN AND HELLO TUNE

Dear sir,
As telephonic talk with you on dated 05.032014 to stop this booster plan and you have given the discount on my cell no: 9816080703 and assured me this plan will no more on my cell phone. But till date the plan charges are charged from me it is very shameful to you. Despite of my request you are ignore me. When I made call to 198 they said hold the line and wait.....wait and wait.
2nd I have send the SMS to stop my Hello Tune despite of stop it....it has been renewed with out my permission. I don't want both booster plan or Hello Tune on my cell phone.
Reply me what action you taken.
