Continuing unsolicited calls while on DoNotCall List

This group calls at least once a day, sometimes up to 3. The latest number is 313-204-1037.
The robocall starts with "This is Rachael from Cardholder Services...." I have hung up on them, gotten to a representative, which generally hangs up on me since they cannot get my credit card number, I have asked the rep to remove me (another hangup).
