I made a layaway payment on February 24, 2012. When I try to login to my account I get a message "Previous payment being processed. Please try to access your account later." I would like to access my account review transactions and make my next payment in two weeks.

My layaway contract is 013903712858. My email address is jdboughton45@hotmail.com.

    Why would you use a layaway account?

    It could expose you to risk of loss if the company goes into bankruptcy.
    Keep your money in your own bank account.

    I will never do business with sears. Never! I put an appliance on layaway. And I was almost finish. I was 8 days late. I was told it was cancelled. They issued out a check, but I paid with cc. That really sucks considering I didn't pay with a check I wld have rathered sears put it back on my cc. Anyway the reciept says 14 days. I want my money now. But I have to wait. What a scam. They are not the same sears they used to be. No wonder their closing these stores. What a rip off
