Was in need of collecting a few debts from dead beat offices. Rapid recovery are a bunch of scam artists, they will do what ever necessary to get you to ok them to collect debt, once they collect debt, good luck on getting them to pay. Even after teh 120 day waiting period.


Rapid recover solutions SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!!!!!!  PERIOD.

    I hired RRS to collect for me. After almost 2 years, I never heard anything. I made one last effort to collect directly from my customer. He informed that he had paid RRS in full. They never paid me or even told me that they had collected anything. If I hadn't taken it upon myself to contact the customer I never would have known they collected. When I asked them about my money. They said they sent me a check and it must have gotten lost. When I asked for details about the collection they refused to give me any info other than to say they would "send me a statement." When I asked they wouldn't email me the statement, they said it was becuase I "would be beliegerent about where the money is."
