Refrigerator broken for 5 months.

My Samsung Refrigerator was two years old when the water dispenser / ice maker refrigerator temp. control went haywire and became uncontrolable. American Home Shield has been notified many times since August 18, 2015 to fix it.  Now I call daily. Two of their service providers have worked on the refrigerator at least five times with computers that don't work and doors that don't fit.  The problems continue.   Enough is enough, fix the refrigerator or replace it with one of equal value to the Samsung.
