This company is running a scam, not delivering on what is promised. I bought a nation package from them where they promised vacation stays in their properties all around the country for a one-time charge of $200. We have tried to book the "vacation" on a number of occasions and they have either not had a place in the city we wanted to travel to or had no availability. Recently we booked a trip to Tampa. Lady luck was shining on us, or so we thought. They confirmed the travel dates after we had to pay an additional refundable deposit of $150. I confirmed with the agent who told me that the amount would be refunded whether when I travel or if I cancel 7 days prior to travel. They did not confirm the hotel at that time - just travel dates. I got confirmation later with the name of a 3-star hotel that was not in Tampa, but out in Treasure Island. The property was not of the quality they had promised. The fun continues. When I called to cancel my reservation with over 2 weeks to go, they told me the fee was not refundable. After escalating the matter, they told me they would cancel the booking, but hold my $150 as a credit until my next trip. I asked to speak with the agent who I had spoken with, but he was not available on the 2 occasions I called and neither has he responded to my email or called me back.
At this point in time, I am not certain that this group can deliver what they promised and I would therefore like to get my money back - the $150 "refundable" deposit and $200 program fee.
