My mobile number is 08026720729 . Why should a consumer pay for a service not consummed ? For instance , today 28 .3. 2012 at 06.52.12pm , I sent an sms to my wife - 08024307171 a very important one at that and your company failed to deliver but went a head deducting the charge for the failed short message service (sms) . Any justification to this or is this not a brigh of contract ?
