I have stop to TvClub service

Hello, i just want to know how to unsubscribe the tv club where my niece subscribe accidentally while browsing she enter my du number and succesfully registered but since the charge 9aed was deducted automatically I still wanted to unsubscribe it because it will deduct my airtime recharge every week for the same cost 9aed and the said package was useless at all since i cannot understand arabic channels, anyhow I try to unsubscribe many times by sending sms UNSUB TV to 2838 as instructions but nothing and never receive sms confirmation of unsubscription notice...pls. help me anyone from du company this is my number 0565913352 pls give me a ring when it is done in your system....thanks!
