Poor Service leading to cheating of customers

Of late I am not that frequent a traveller but having paid for an AC iii sleeper from Ranchi to Rajendra Nagar by 8624 vde PNR NO. 620-8608999 T NO.-13596056 I was surprised to find the train's compartment abandoned at Patna where it had come practically on time today.I was awoken by the suffocation and heat and the linen boy was collecting the sheets and blankets.A search was made for the coach attendant who was not to be seen.Then one Mr.PKDutta --supposed to be AC attendant was asked to run the AC who did it grudgingly.He himself was complaining about not only this attitude of the running staff but also about unshedled stoppages which are affecting the running of the AC.The train moved for Rajendranagar-a 3km distance,after 2 hrs stoppage at Patna.
Would the athourites of Lalu land look into the matter as to why the train is left to beggars/urchins and no ones before reaching the destination.The linen boy was Manoj on whose personal request I did not call the Patna Station Supdt that very moment but of course Mr. Dutta did put on the AC on request.BUT WHY THIS ATTITUDE OF THE PERSONS RESPONSIBLE.?
