no cars available when coming to pick a car

I had reservations for a car on 2/19/09 (#WEZ005F784). When we arrived at the location I was told that there were no cars available and they were not available to tell me when one will be available. They initially refused to take us to another rental company and offered to return us to the airport. Only when I told them that I will complain they agreed. I had to pay a higher rate at the other company.
This unacceptable situation as I relied on your car to be available. I will never rent from this location again!
