They have quietly bilked us for nearly a year and a half before it dawned on me... I have no idea who/what this service is.  Beware when you have multiple people/siblings coordinating medical care... devise a system to keep one another posted legitimate medical bills to expect.

    I have a new twist.  I received a check in the mail made out to my late husband.   It is from Intersections Insurance services, inc. for $22.50.  I have no idea what the check is for and did not know we had any interactions with this company. I am disturbed about the connection with Bank of America, which is where I bank as of right now.  I am interested to know what you think about this.  Thanks.

    I came across these comments about Smart Step quite by accident and realized I have had money taken out by them for years now.  I always thought I was paying for AD&D insurance but when I pulled out my file I realized that all I have is a brochure...nothing else.  Do I still have any recourse?
