Simphiwe does not deserve to be in customer service.Period

The undignified exvuse for a service  I got from Simphiwe who works at KFC KG Mall was bad. She does not listen to her boss (Sizwe) who asked her to apologise to a customer but refused and got all customers shocked in shop. The food house is so bitter with her there. Teach her humanity or we will elevate the matter one day
