Bad service at Zellers Pharmacy #468, 45 Overlea Blvd. East York, ONT M4H 1C3. Canada

On 18April2011, we got a prescription filled at Zellers pharmacy #468 located at 45 Overlea Blvd., East York, ONT M4H 1C3. The pharmacy assistant was a young, Oriental female, with NO visible name-tag. We were told that her name may be "Shufen". Her command of English was poor, and she had a very thick accent. In spite of asking her the same question thrice (that we wanted to speak to a pharmacist concerning questions about our purchased prescription) she REFUSED to get the pharmacist for us. She evidenced poor listening skills, and could not even understand our question. Apparently she was trying to cover-up her poor communication skills and bad command of English by YELLING at us (in front of all other customers in the store), frequently interrupting while we were still talking, and pretending to be busy (when she was in fact doing nothing) and IGNORING us. When we called the next day, the male pharmacist-manager (called Mohamed) did NOT even want to identify himself on the phone. When we voiced out complaint to this pharmacist-manager  Mohamed, he simply acted as a defense attorney for this unprofessional Shufen, trying to justify her bad attitude, instead of acknowledging the problem.
