Activation of ptcl smart tv

smart tv charge paid on 31 dec 17 @Rs 99.00 from ufone no 03337951998..but the same app not yet working and giving option ie please choose the package for rs99 which aleady subscribed by dialing 4788. on approach to ptcl for activation of the app they replying that payments not received from ufone and demanding payment id no for settlemenr of complaint. you are request to note them the trasaction id whch is only their demand for further pricess.
