under portioning

I went to kfc to treat my family with some ice cream, I ordered milky bar cream balls and when the cashier handed it to me  it didn't look as usual to me and to my wife so I asked the cashier how many twirls did you put in here? She said 2.5, I said isn't it supposed to be 4.5, so I asked her to call a manager or a superviser.  When a female  superviser ( Tebogo) arrived she agreed that the cream ball should be 4.5 twirls but insisted that the once I received from the cashier are 4.5 twirls. I said to her but the person that made them herself said she only put 2.5 twirls. So I left the restaurant and a while later I went back and I ordered an other cream ball and it looked up to standards just like the picture on the menu and it looked totally different from the once i received the first time  so I asked for Tebogo and unfortunately she was already left
I know this complaint is not going to make any difference  to me but maybe it can help you see what is happening in your business.
