These are scammers posting fake craigslist ads for non-camper trailers (flatbeds, cargo trailers, animal trailers, etc.)
They have no real trailers to sell, usually quoting a too-good-to-be-true price; they will direct you to a fake eBay, Paypal or Amazon page (phony "buyer protection plan"), or ask you to send money via prepaid card (Vanilla/Green Dot/Steam), Amazon or iTunes to a fake "shipper."
The scammers may claim to be in the military and about to go overseas.  Or they will tell you a sob story about the trailer originally belonging to their recently deceased (or divorced) spouse (or parent/grandparent), and they want to sell it because it "brings bad memories."  Lies, of course.

Never pay for a vehicle you can't inspect in person, or if the seller refuses to meet you.
