17th march 2017 $94.99 taken out of my  credit account for avast anti spyware. about the time it was due for renewal. The spyware was canceled by avast because it was out of date. When i inquired about this to avast they said they had not received any payment from me. I am still fighting the credit union for reimbursement.

    Dispute through your credit union..
If you didn't authorize the charge, or they didn't deliver the product, file a dispute with your credit union, IN WRITING sent to the dispute address from your statement.  Make sure you send this dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge, to comply with the FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute provisions.  In addition, block your card number to prevent further charges.  Your bank or credit union can reverse charges if they're filed "timely", within 60 days of the statement date, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
