Order not packed in full

Yesterday at about 16H00 (30/03/2016) I bought from the drive thru: Family Treat; 3 ice creams; 5 zinger meal and another meal.  the sides were mini burgers; hot wings and pops.  To my surprise when I got home there was no zinger meal.  Please can I have my money back or get the meal that I bought.  Also please can the employees at KFC be more careful because it is so disturbing to realise that you have paid for something and it is not there.
