Activate services through links and charge for it

HUNGAMA_VIDEO_WEEKLY mentioned in my bill and charged 120 per monthe. 30 per week. I checked in my dialog account and checked Value Added Services list whether unwanted service is activated or not. but there was nothing mentioned like hungama. then i called customer care and asked they talled there is a serviced activated and thats why it charges. I talled them to deactivated and they deactivated it. then i asked how that is activates without any notification. i never installed any app nor sent any sms to activate this kind of thing. THEN THEY TALLED THIS ACTIVATES BY A LINK. Which means this link is embed in lot of advertisements on internet and once you click on it it activates automatically. This is a fkng fraud.
