    FDCPA violations..

FDCPA places specific legal requirements and prohibitions on debt collection.
It prohibits debt collectors from engaging in harassment or abusive collection.
It also requires that debt collectors send a letter within 5 days of first contact (known as a"g" letter, for FDCPA, Sec. 1672g) identifying themselves, and notifying the alleged debtor of their right to dispute and request verification of the alleged debt.  They must also respond to a letter demanding that they "cease communications".
You can not only report violations to FTC, your state AG, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, but you can also sue them.

What numbers are they calling from?
