closing

Do not use them, they spent the last 7 months trying to close a 60,000 loan.  Every week it was something else.  They find reasons to need more paperwork, you have to keep resending the same paperwork over and over again.  They set closings up and do not show up, do not call or email just do not show up without any reasons.  How can you set up a time and a closing if your paperwork was not completed?   In order to get a loan with Lending tree you need multiple assets and you can not own other properties.  Other properties is a cause for them not to close your loan.  If you had ENOUGH assets, would you really be looking to close a loan on a house that has NO MORTGAGE on it at all?  The appraisal came back twice of what the loan is we wanted.
