Contact your bank immediately to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and cancel that account number to prevent future fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute sent to your bank's dispute address on your statement, sent certified return receipt requested, and make sure your bank receives your dispute in less than 60 days from the statement date showing the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.
Also file complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and BBB.

BBB has gone to some trouble to outline the deceptive manner in which the company is alleged to advertising its product, and that despite repeated problems with consumer complaints, they have not changed their ways.
