Charging Credit Card Without Authorization

We stopped services a few months ago.  Direct TV charged my credit card twice without authorization.  My husband called them and they claimed that we owe that money and that their system is not able to tell that services were cancelled.

The lady that assisted my husband was rude and mean.  Very disappointed at their services.
