This company is incredibly fraudulent.
Not only did they double charge us for full protection on the car they then subtracted nearly 200 euros from our deposit. The car was in perfect condition!
We have contacted customer service on numerous occasions and they either shrug us off, direct us to another department or fail to explain why this much of the deposit was taken. I have never experienced this type of customer service before from a car rental company - please avoid and stick with some of the other companies such as Avis etc.,
I am warning all my friends and family.
If you type Europcar reviews you will notice I am not the only one to have had this experience. Horrible experience and a really horrid end to a lovely holiday.
