1). Two transactions more than 12 days still unpaid 2). Emails several time but no respond

I have two business transactions on November 18, 2011; I received confirmation Square Payment notification on November 18, 2011 but up to today, I still have not received these two payments.  I have been contact them via email (unfortunately, it is the only way to communicate with them); but I get no result.  
I have already shipped my products to my two clients on November 18, 2011.  But payment from Squareup.com has not send our business transactions money to our business accounts.  I need to seek public awareness and I hope this can be solved via this media.  
I am wondering Squareup.com is ligitiment company?
