I would like to see if someone could suggest advice on how I could get reimbursed from all the charges and someone made on our bank account including $1,300 in Lyft multiple purchases online the bank is not being very cooperative so I'm looking for suggestions

    Contact an attorney if the bank is not helping.  Then change banks to a more reputable one.

    There are regulations governing disputing fraudulent charges.  in particular, make your dispute to your bank IN WRITING, and make sure you can document that you filed your dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge(s).  If you have disputed by phone, follow up immediately with a written dispute sent certified by US Mail, referring to the date and nature of the phone contact, in which case you can prove you disputed on the date of your certified receipt.
    If you get the run-around, file a complaint against your bank with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, www.occ.gov
