non repair of internal part

After a month of hounding them to see if there where going to repair my vehicle at a qualified repair shop. i Called and finally got a answer a big fat no....They will find a reason not too. Don't believe there crooked false tactics and saying everything will be covered...apparently a flywheel is not covered. 3500 policy
