Cardmember Services keeps calling with offer to refinance my credit card balance at a low rate.  Rachael called on a recording with the rate was 6.9%.  They lead you to believe they are from my credit card company.  Pressing 3 to stop further calls are ignored.  PLEASE stop this SCAM.
